Ferry to St Croix?

Seem to find confliciting info on such a service. Can one go from town to St. Croix or from CM to a British VI via ferry and is it a great view?

The ferry to St Croix form St Thomas runs late November to early May. Only views you will have are leaving CA harbor and arriving in C'sted.
