That depends on the couple staying there 😀

Sorry...I couldn't pass up that line.

Fireworks are in Cruz Bay for the fourth. I do not think Caneel has dedicated display.

Ron, do you know if, where, and when there might be a display of fireworks on St. Croix (other than in my room *wink, *wink - Chris)

Last year we watched the Fireworks from the beach at Cottages By the Sea near Freckrickstead.

They were from a private club or so the locals said.

The yacht club fireworks on St. Croix is quite impressive for the islands. I was surprisd my first summer here when the display lasted around 40 minutes. There is also a large BBQ party going on (about $10-$15 per person, I think, for ribs and chicken and side dishes) and lots of people having a great time.

No YC fireworks this year. The insurance got too expensive; someone setting them off got hurt last year, and premium skyrocketed. Will be quite strange out east without them.

Can the fireworks be seen from villas overlooking Cruz Bay? Or Gifft Hill (not sure where this is).

The Country Club just past the Fort in F'sted has a nice fireworks display on the 4th. You can see them from the pier or other various places on the west end.
