Good morning,
Where do I go to get fishing rules and regulations, permits and licenses? Having all sorts of troubles on line. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Tim

Hi Tim, we have that information on the site, see VI Fishing Regulations. From that page there is a link to the Department of Planning and Natural Resources Fishing Handbook with all the regulations. Handbook is from 2016, not sure if there has been a more recent edition. You can contact DPNR for more information on fishing regulations, permits and questions. See the DPNR Website.
