Fishing trips in St. Thomas

Hello,
My fiancé and I are planning our trip to St. Thomas August 2 -9. We would like to go fishing however we don't want to pay a fortune. Does anybody have suggestions on affordable charter fishing trips and/or areas along the shoreline that are good fishing areas?

I have and Rick is great!

My husband and I fished, and spear fished. Seriously, a great time and well worth it!
