Does anyone know if flights are going in and out of st croix with the current ash problem? My sweetie is supposed to fly from PR to st croix tomarrow afternoon

Not to worry. Everything is fine on STX. It is a bit hazy, but the water is clear and warming up. Sunday the water temp was 84. If no one told you about the ash, you probably wouldn't know it was around. Come down and enjoy our island.

There have been quite a few folks inconvenienced at the San Juan airport waiting for new flights.

It's tough, because that stuff will jack up your plane.

Flights have started to move out again, we are getting calls that guests are arriving (albeit later than expected)
