*im a native of the island and i went to public school. i remember having johnny cake
meat pate
red bean soup
salt fish cake
fry chicken
and so on . carnival time was my favorite. well im trying to find those recipes with no luck. im sharing my experienes with my american friends and having a good time. i have made everything curry, fungi,rice and peas,conch, and docuna. please point me in the direction to find some of these recipes. thank u
