*My husband and I are coming to St. Croix this week. We love seafood. Are there any open air seafood markets where we can buy freshly caught fish? Thanks.

A carribean seafood market is the equivalent of a rusty pickup truck with palm trees in back and hopefully iced down fish that is parked in a public area with lots of walk by traffic. The markets get a lot of their fish and seafood for florida and other places because of the reliability.

There is a fresh fish and vegetable market on Centerline Road in the LaReine neighborhood on Saturday mornings. It's a great experience.

The fish guys sell every day. I believe this is unique to STX.
