I have not stayed at any of these villas -- however, there is a discussion about them sometime in the last 6 mohths -- I think it was in "where to stay" or something like this. I considered one of these villas, but decided to stay higher up on Gifft Hill. I will look for that discussion, but you might be able to search for it. There were some very positive comments. I think they are all together.

We stayed an Mandavilla last year and it was spectacular!
Great views, private pool and wonderful kitchen/bath. Plus 2 bedrooms and a great outdoor living room.

April of 2007 we are staying at Ginger Thomas (right next door to Mandavilla). We like this better because the pool is situated right on the outdoor living room area. To get to Mandavilla's pool, you have to walk down the side of the Villa. The owner of these 3, lives on the first floor of Mandavilla. When we were there, he was in the States, so we never met him.
