Looks like the land around Big Maho will be preserved not developed----that's what I call a good development.

That's nice to hear. It would've been a shame if a huge resort was put there. Maho is such a pretty beach. Hopefully, the 37.7 acres they are talking about won't be beachfront.

Really great news. I really love Maho had such a bad feeling about that. This is the second good thing in recent months---the multi-story condos planned for Pastory were stopped too.

Yes, the plans for Pastory were stopped, but the property is now for sale, and whatever rich developer buys it can still do what was previously planned with the multi-story condo development, or worse. (Sorry to be a downer, but it's the reality here!)
