I am heading back to the USVI to see my best friend this spring!! I have been lucky enough to go twice in the last 2 yrs. I got a great deal thru Spirit Air. March 21-26 for $657 for 2 ppl!!!! Yea, that's about $325 pp!!!! You have to look at days before and after. If I flew back on Sunday, it was about $400 for just the return flight!!!
Yay me!!!!

That's awesome! What city does the flight originate?

Spirit Airlines has some good fares to STT. We've used them twice since March 2006 and are flying to STT next week, again on Spirit. If your dates are flexible you can save a lot of money.

Watch for fare specials. Sign up to receive web "red light" specials. From Atlantic City, NJ the most we have ever paid was $178.00 (+$60.50 taxes/fees) round trip.

Spirit just announced a Buy One Get One Free Sale but you must book from today though tomorrow.

We got one of these for our September trip and we're using it for our January trip.

You buy one trip now and upon completion you receive a voucher for the amount you paid that is good for a future trip to any destination that Spirit serves (so you don't need to return to STT you can use it for another destination).

I just checked availability from Atlantic City, NJ to STT for January 24 returning on February 7. The price was $149. each way or $298. round trip plus $46.50 taxes/fees. When you complete your trip you receive a voucher for $298.
If you travel to STT twice on this offer it amounts to $74.50 each way (or $97.75 with taxes/fees).

You'll need to check your departure city for a specific price.

Hope this helps.

We too are flying Spirit from ATL to STT in May. I had never heard of this airline and was just searching for deals. We usually fly Delta and are saving over 500!

Try www.kayak.com I found this by accident.

But another suggestion is that you sign up to Spirit Airlines special offers. Today's special is a one cent ($0.01) sale to many destinations. We use Spirit from NJ often. We're on-island now with a $74.50 each way fare (plus taxes/fees). You just need to be flexible with your travel dates.

Hope this helps.

I got that special via email, too! I wish there was someplace I wanted to go to right now, just so I could get that deal! LOL.

I have to be pretty stringent with my travel dates. I have an 8 yr old and and 3 yr old! I am taking my 8 yr old with me this next trip (my 3 yr old has been already) and I have to work around her spring break. As it is, she is going to miss a couple of days just to get the price I did.
