We are arriving next week to stay on the North End of the island in Estate Peterborg in Red Rock, and have no clue as to where we can stock our villa with food for the week. We plan on doing breakfast at home as well as dinners on the grill. Any help would be apppreciated. Also a side questionn as to what the area is like where we are staying. Thanks again and looking so forward to our trip.

Hello Ann,

Peterborg is a beautiful, quiet, nice area - many homes have stunning views of Magens Bay or the ocean. You can grocery shop for bulk items at Cost U Less. If you want a cooler or beach chairs to take with you when you go beach hopping you can shop for those at K-mart. For groceries close by Cost U Less and K-mart is Plaza Extra. These are all in Tutu which is maybe a 15 minute drive from Peterborg area.

Have a great time.

If you need gourmet type items- Gourmet Gallery in Havensight or Crown Bay, fruits and vegetables at the Fruit Bowl in Wheatley Center or if you are out driving around, Marina Market in Red Hook.
