We will be staying in the Vacation Club Marriott Frenchman's Cove in June and would like to know about nearby Grocery stores. Thanks in advance for your information.

Not anything "nearby" and I guess the closest would be in the Havensight/Long Bay area (a 5-10 minute drive) where there's a Pueblo supermarket and a KMart in close proximity. The Reef probably has a small convenience store of sorts but you'll pay an arm and a leg for basics. Cheers!

A short 5 minute ride will take you to Gourmet Gallery in Havensite Mall -- excellent variety of foods and wines -- not the cheapest for Bulk Purchasing --e.g. cases of sodas etc. but fine deli, snacks, fruits, etc. and a little bakery is next door called 'Cream and Crumb' which has some tasty goodies.

And for fruits and veggies, the Fruit Bowl is near K-Mart, down the street a bit from Pueblo (not recommended) and Gourmet Gallery (recommended.)

A gentleman at Frenchman's Cove also reccommended Gourmet Gallery. He said there is a little store on site, then got very quiet and suggested not to shop there as it was expensive. 🙂 Thanks to all for your suggestions, just a few short weeks away and we'll be in paradise!!!

Hi,

There is a supermarket not far from The Cove, it's in town across the street from the Havensight Mall I think it's a Pueblo. Although it's mostly used by the locals. We prefer the one towards the middle of the island in the Tutu Garden Mall. When you get off the plane make sure you grab one of the island maps, they'll all over the airport. This is the most detailed and easy to use.

If you want something more up scaled (best place for meats but pricey) the small market located at the Marina in Red Hook is good. There's another smaller supermarket on the main rode going to Red Hook Marina also.

The market located in the vacation club has some items but obviously marked up, I see someone mentioned the one in Havensight,
I didn't like it too much but it's closer. And when we were there last year it looked up a market was in the works in the new Port of Sale
Mall around the corner from Havensight.

We're going at the end of June thru July 4th weekend. Are you going before? I'll like to know what you think and how they're maintaining
the place. I was there last year and was pretty happy with what I saw.

And of course the new Four Seasons in Lockhart Gardens right next to the KMart.
Disclaimer, I don't own the place but it's new and clean!
