Will be arriving in St. Thomas on Saturday and staying at Marriott Timeshare Frenchman's Reef. Where is the best place to stop for groceries between the airport and the Marriott?

You could hit Gourmet Gallery in Havensight, by the cruise ship dock! Pueblo is close also, but not a very nice looking store and often discouraged.

The Kmart by there has a decent grocery selection downstairs. There is a McDonalds, Pizza Hut, and another small grocery right by this Kmart. I can't remember the name of the neighborhood there though.
