Not that I want to work out during my two week STJ vacation however I've come so far on my weight loss and bodybuilding that I'm thinking I MIGHT try and hit the weights 2 or 3 times a week.

Does anyone know if there is a gym on STJ and if so where is it located and what is it called?

My other option would be design a beach workout 🙂 not a bad idea!

There might still be a gym at the Marketplace shopping center
Otherwise a good healthy hike might be an option
