Haunted places on STT?

Ok. This is an oddball question. Given the age of some of the buildings and houses on St.Thomas, are any of them reported to be haunted? Any other locales?

Only one I know of is out in Estate Hoffman, right by the Edith Williams School. A vet has disproved it wrong though, as he has had an office there for a long time with no mishaps. Oh and there was a house in Agnes Fancy that caught fire many times and didn't burn, showed no signs of it! They put some crosses on the fence and it didn't burn anymore!
