Does anyone know if any of the hotels offer day rooms or day passes to use their facilities in St. Thomas?

The only one I know of is the Best Western Emerald Beach resort which is located on the airport road on a very lovely beach.

We went to Best Western Emerald Beach before our late afternoon flight. We had them store our luggage for us. They put it in a room next to the office at no charge. We went to their outdoor bar and grill and had lunch and drinks and just enjoyed our last day. I think they rent beach chairs and other items if you want to make it a beach day. Very close to airport so no worries.

Was there a place where you could get changed into 'flying' attire? Can you walk to the airport from there or is it a cab ride?

you can walk it is about 1/2 mile or less
