How is the condion of Provision Rd located off of Rt 38?

I have a question I need to ask any residents on here. Any body know the pavement condition of Provision rd off of Rt 38 located in the east end near St. John bay. We will be renting a villa located there in april and was told it was an extremely rough road for a vehicle other than a full size suv. Thanks for any information.
