My husband has called 2 different numbers as well as emailed them about renting a golf cart for our trip in March. He has had no luck at all. With my bad knee, there is no way I could walk from the dock to Honeymoon Beach. Does anyone have a contact they know will get results? We will be on STT March 1-15th.

thanks for any help.

Send a private message to poster Rocky Dock who contributes to this forum. If you put his name into the search engine you'll find his posts and then just click on the "PM" next to his user name. He's a WI resident and has answered similar queries in the past. I don't know what your chances are of finding a (presumably one day) rental but you can but ask!

Golf Cart Rental on Water Island
Rachel Ackley cell phone # 340-514-1483
Rachel lives just up the hill from the ferry landing, right into the concrete driveway - if you're coming from Flamingo Point toward the ferry landing it would be the concrete driveway on the left past the Honeymoon Beach road. The driveway is marked with arrow signs saying
" No Beach". The rates are $30/day or $175/week. Plus gas. Right now she has (2) 4 seat golf carts and (3) 2 seat golf carts. All are gas powered - which is important in navigating the hills on Water Island especially up to Flamingo Point and the road from Honeymoon Beach. Rachel is also our island mechanic.
