Hull Bay vs Peterborg

How far is Peterborg from Hull Bay. In reading a previous board message it was stated there was a suicide hill to reach the Hull Bay Cottages. Are there any suicide hills to drive to reach Peterborg, specifically Villa Jamie? If so, is a 4 wheel drive necessary.

Jamie is easy to reach. No major hills. No 4WD needed.
