Hey I know this is not a dazzling topic! But to me it is. I just finished my 2nd St. John Villa build - Sopra Mare (Above the Sea) and I'm about to put a small mortgage on it $625K (ok, that's not so small) well AARP in Puerto Rico quotes $13,000/year for insurance. Anyone out there got any ideas for a cheaper rate??

Keep Left,
I believe this may be a question for the relocation message board! Good Luck.

go to tunic or Krecki and a get a quote. I'm not sure that there are many insurance pros on this page.

I think billD means the Kreke Corporation and Theodore Tunick and Co but there are certainly others. Post this, as suggested, on the relocation forum for suggestions from island property owners. Cheers!
