We have the Humane Society. Not great but have some good deals. You just have to check back on a regular basis until the ladies learn what you want. Then they will call with a "tip" if something you are looking for comes in.

Traffic is too backed up and slow to have a "flee" market I think. Heck, where would they flee too? 😉
