Okay, I'll say in advance that I'm embarrased to post this but what the heck, i'm among friends!!!

I'm a Kenny Chesney fan and saw him in concert recently and while I was looking at some recent pictures that were posted on this sight the song about the "Old Blue Chair" of his came on my ITunes and so I'm wondering... have any of you ever seen him while vacationing there or know any interesting tid bits of his living there? Just random thinking on my part, but I do love how he describes the feeling of being on St. John in that song and mentions Cinnamon Bay and it added so much to looking at the pictures! I think at least one of his albums was written in great part while he was there. Anyone know anything that will fuel my interest?

Bert probably should've read the thread, and he'd see that we've discussed giving KC some peace as much as anything else. I think people who don't read a thread yet add commentary (especially those who actually tell you that) may be my least favorite people on message boards. Does anyone else think Bert needs a painkiller and some sunshine?!?

I know a few people who work for KC, and KC himself actually once spilled a beer on me (and would not share his Crown Royal to make up for it; shame on him), but not nearly as exciting as seeing members of his entourage at the airport.

His music's catchy, and I'll admit that he didn't do anything to help my addiction to St. John (neither did the fine folks at Cruzan, of course), but I am pretty content with giving him his peace. He doesn't owe me anything.

Just as Bert could have just ignored the entire thread, people could have just ignored his post.

Mountaineer Girl he sang Lay you down this summer?? He didn't do it last summer & I love that song. Hope he does it in MD. Connie, still trying to talk hubby into e-bay tickets for philly Sat. Seems hopeless. We have Chesney & Urban concerts in August & I think that is our limit.

Coco...Urban is another story. Use to be my favorite and we saw him down in AC, which was fantastic.

Now I'm really into Toby Keith and I know we'll see him again.

Connie, my husband knows Toby Keith's sax player...we were all in college together and both my husband and Roman were/are musicians. 😀 I'd love to see Toby.

Connie,
Hubby got free 2nd row center tickets last year to Toby . It was fun but I prefer looking at ( oh yeah listening too ) to Kenny & Keith 🙂 Toby does entertain!

We saw him in Hershey, PA last year...and I recall another post about how it rained and rained...same thing happened to us, but we had a great time.

Back to Kenny!
