LEARN to GAIN FLEXIBILITY & REDUCE PAIN with KI-HARA RESISTANCE STRETCHING

Come join us for a Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching Certification APRIL 13-19 with Ki-Hara Instructor and Master Trainer Carrie Collins at the Estate Concordia Preserve's Open Air Pavilion. We will learn techniques in the mornings and spend the afternoons practicing and healing our own bodies. This is the first time a Ki-Hara Certification has been taught in the Virgin Islands! Trainings are open to people of all levels and professions - and the only pre-requisite is an interest! You will learn different stretches for the lower and upper body, techniques for muscle activation, balancing and removing scar tissue. Through practicing Ki-Hara, you will notice dramatic changes in your posture, range of motion, strength and overall health.

Ki-Hara Certifications are approved by NASM for 1.4 CEUs, ISSA for 12 credits and NCBTMB for 12 credits.

COST OF THE CERTIFICATION IS $800 per PERSON

FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO SIGN UP PLEASE VISIT: StretchChi.com
