The ritz beach is popular if there is a south east wind. Jersy bay is real good but you need a boat to get out there.
When you get here call john west indies windsurfing 775-6530 He can give you more info

I also see numerous kiteboarders near False Entrance in Sanctuary Cove (Mangrove Lagoon)...almost daily.
