Caribbean lobster is generally served split in half with side dishes like peas and rice and cole slaw. I don't think I have ever seen "all-you-can-eat" on St Thomas. Many restaurants serve it. A couple of my favorites are Cuzzin's and Robert's.

I, too have never seen an all-u-can-eat for lobster in the 8 1/2 years I've lived here. Indigo (at Magens Point Resort) does a great one on Fridays. Room with a View's Lobster Thermidor is awesome!! Of course, since I have a freezer full, mine ain't too shabby, either...but getting one from me is like pulling teeth! haha!
