Greetings Message Board,

I will be visiting STT Oct 31-Nov 6, 2007 staying @ a villa in Peterborg. I am looking for a cook/chef to prepare some delicious local dishes for at least at party of 10 for at least one day during my visit. If anyone has suggestions or contact information, your assisantance is greatly appreciated.

Also can someone confirm if the entire island shuts down for Liberty Day on Nov 1st. Concerned mainly about food stores?

There was a recent post and thread on this subject where several suggestions were made so you might want to use the search engine to find it. i've never heard of "Liberty Day"!

The post is titled, "Chef Recommendations" and asks about STJ catering - but several such chefs go between STT and STJ.

I thought I read somewhere about Nov 1st being a holiday in STT.
