I will be getting married in STT in July, 07. I am a little worried about the wheather but not much. I am more concerned about finding the right location on the island, any suggestions.

There are things you can worry about because you have some control. The weather you can't control! So just make sure there is a back-up plan if you are having an outdoor wedding, which is what I suspect you want.

I have been to many beach weddings at Bolongo, Magens, Secret Harbour, Sapphire. I have also been to several at the St Peter Mountain Greathouse, which has a spectacular view and is set up for small to huge affairs. Also there are several gazebo sites- Paradise Point, Frenchman's Reef for two.

Are you having a big or small group or is it just the two of you? Do you know where you want to stay?

We love weddings around here!! 😉

Weddings the island way is a good company to go through. I'm sure if you are staying in a resort they have wedding packages to choose from. I've heard Marriotts Frenchmans Reef has a nice wedding package and a pretty location. I was married on Magans and it was beautiful.

Complete washout days are rare here, I'd guess less than 10 all year where it rains all day. Most of the time it is a quick passing shower. June is a great month although its HOT. Have the wedding on a North East facing beach to get some wind, and tell everyone to dress comfortably. I've seen people try to do a fancy wedding with the groom and attendees in tuxes and everyone looked miserable.
