I am looking to move to one of the U.S. Carribean Islands (preferably St. Thomas). Can someone help me out with a ballpark price range of Apt. or house rental and employment. I have about 6 yrs. bartending, 6 yrs. managing, and about 5 yrs. of a little everything in the service industry. I have lived, bartended, and managed rest. in St. Simons Island, Ponte Vedra, Savannah, and Charleston. Just looking to get off the mainland. Thanx.

You need to go to www.vimovingcenter.com. You'll find a ton of information there about relocating to the USVI including COL, housing prices, employment prospects, island living and much much more. Once you've gone through all the information there you can use the forum there to ask more specific questions which may not have been addressed. Good luck!
