A group of us are heading to STT in April and were thinking of doing the kayak/snorkel/hiking adventure at the Mangrove Preserves. We wanted to get feedback if it is worth it.

Thanks!

It is a little different than most vacation activities. It is worth it for the knowledge that you gain.

Jeff - if your wife wants to do it - then it is an excellent plan - no question.

I highly recommend it! We snorkeled the preserve during a half day sail on "Longsail" with Rick and Robin. The way the coral attaches itself to the dangling mangrove roots in the water creates a magnificent underwater coral jungle. It was truly unique.
