They do not take reservations for Sunday Brunch. I didn't think they did but i just called to make sure. It is a great place for breakfast on Sundays, they have a live jazz band too!

Although I have a high rate of wrongness when giving out advice about St John (must be something in that azure water that clouds the memory), I did try to make reservations at Miss Lucy's once and they told me that they did not take reservations.

It might be different now, but that it my experience.

Have you been there on Sundays? We're heading back in a couple of weeks and would love to drop by there if band is playing- do you know if the band plays in November or just on occasion, hit or miss? Any idea how crowded it gets such that we'd have to wait an hour for food or drinks? Thanks

The jazz band plays for Sunday brunch only. They are playing now and throughout the rest of the winter. I have only been a couple of times for brunch (i live closer to Cruz bay) and both times we didn't have to wait for a table unless we wanted to sit outside. But I would think that they might be a bit busy and even if you had to wait with a bloody m in hand listening to the jazz and enjoying the view of Hurricane Hole it might not be all that terrible of a way to spend 20 minutes.

Great photo! I think we took a picture under the same tree the last time we were there! But our pic contained a few goats in addition to the human subjects!

Russell Crowe. But I can understand that you could make that mistake. The worse part is that since I live in Los Angeles, it is a constant annoyance. I guess it's just something I have learned to live with.

The worse part is when folks ask me to put on my Gladiator outfit.
