XM Radio was advertising the STX Jazz and Blues festival today, and it made me wistful. I want to come back so badly.
I can't tell you how much the VI got into my blood in just one week. I had a list of the Top 10 Places I Wanted To Visit Before I Die. The VI was nowhere to be seen on that list (Alaska, Pacific Northwest, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Ireland, Austraila, Japan, Brazil, someplace in Africa, India). But after just a one week visit, the VI is now in the Top 2 of vacation choices (Alaska is still #1).
If you're planning your first trip, prepare to be changed. Seriously....

What wonderful stories everyone. To get my fix when I am off island I love to read this board and check out the sunbathers on the Magen's Bay Webcam. We are off to Italy next month and plan on returning to STT on January 16th for our association meeting. Anyone else going to be in town?

I really miss it, but luckily it is wheels down in 4 days.
Booked my flight yesterday for January 15th - 19th. I'm homeless at the moment, we rented out our condo to longterm tenants. I think that I'd like to try Water Island for a change. FL Barrier Islander are you out there?
