Ive been doing some scouting online and here already.

Looks like Duffys and Molly Malones might be good?

And hook line and sinker?

We are looking for maybe 4 dinner places and a few lunch places, and a breakfast place or two for good measure.

Would love a cool/local place, or nice view.

Nothing fancy, must be toddler friendly and not a fine dining/quiet place.

We usually eat early, around 530 or 6.

Thanks everyone!

Fat Turtle at Yatch Haven is closer to BB Castle.
The dining area overlooks the "mega yacht" docks (think life sytles of the rich and famous). Food is OK Some nice salads, basic burgers.
Yacht Haven is very nice spot to stroll around the waterfront just after dark with a little one. Safe and well patrolled. I think there is a ben & jerry's for desert. Window shopping. I love the tropical night.
Try to go a on week night. Fiday after dark gets a bit "happy hour-ish"--young and loud.

Personally, I'd cross Duffy's off the list for dinning out with a 2-year-old. It's basically a tent in parking lot and is popular later in the evening with a hard dinking set.

Don't rule out the dinning room at your hotel. I'd have no problem bringing a 2-yearold any place on STT.

Where ever you go. Bring toys and snaks for the little one. VI service is notoriously slow.

I think Iggies would also be a great option. It's oceanfront, so the kids can go play in the sand while waiting for the meal (if that's needed). When we've been there, although it is a bar/restaurant, the crowd was always very well-behaved and the meals were excellent. Good variety of food, too.

Good for lunch or dinner. Beautiful water view, so maybe for lunch?

Good Luck! Have Fun!

The former Blue Moon is under new ownership and a new name which I can't recall. Sunset Grill maybe? Very few reviews so far although word is that it's a little pricey.

Fish Tails in Red Hook would also be a good choice and they're child-friendly - great spot right on the water.
