Hi All,

OK, so it's a long time until we will be back to try out the new restaurants on STT. Even so, thought I would ask for some reviews of the new places.

Has anyone tried North Drop where Bryan's used to be? How about the new place in the Reef....Havana Blue?

I hear that some place new opened where Latitude 18 was. Anyone been there yet?

And lastly, I hear the chef from Latitude 18 opened a place at Paradise Point. Any reviews yet?

Oh, well, Schultz, no responses. I suppose we'll just have to make the rounds ourselves in August and report back here.

Heard the food was overpriced and the service sucked at Havana Blue. Nothing else to report as yet other that the change of menu at Noche from SouthWest to Steakhouse.

-Haven't been there yet, but the owner of the company I used to work for goes there about 4 times a week now. He says it's great.

-Haven't been there yet, but my landlord said it was fantastic. Then I just talked to Tamlyn while she was here and she said that the service was awful and the proportions too small.

-Island Paul? You know about Nipa, right?

"And lastly, I hear the chef from Latitude 18 opened a place at Paradise Point. Any reviews yet? "
-Not fancy, but VERY tasty!

North Drop - Food is good
Havana Blue - not been there yet
NIPA - kitchen still not open
Paradise Point - rotten reviews from four friends lately

Hey Ronnie

I've heard the scuttlebutt about Noche (wonder what precipitated that?) - do you know when they are officially changing?

I liked their mojitos!

Best,

LR

They have advertised that it will be this Friday, the 28th, that they will be doing it.

INDiGO at Magens Point Resort makes a killer Mojito! And their food is to die for! And cheap, too! Lunch and dinner, only.
