Hi all,
Does anyone know of any new villas being built on St. John or new ones of late? Planning another trip and we like to stay current with the villa activity.

Check out Reef Madness villa overlooking Coral Bay. There is a construction blog. It is going to start renting shortly and the price for opening first year is really good.

Someone recently posted pictures of their new villa here on the site, but I can't remember if it has a Web page or not. I don't think so because I remember looking at the time.

Reef Madness is absolutely amazing, though.
