Hello everyone,
Just wondering if there is anything anyone can recommend on St. John for one Friday night in February for 2 couples. We arrive in St. Thomas around 4pm, would like to catch the Red Hook ferry to St. John and spend the night. I'm sure this is a long shot as most don't rent for a night and there isn't many (or any that I know of) B&B's or Inns on the island. Not interested in the Westin. Our problem is we are heading to Jost for a week, checking into our villa on Saturday and getting in late afternoon Friday we miss the last ferry to Jost. I know about Cinnamon Bay Campground I'm checking that out but does anyone have any other suggestions? We'd rather not stay in St. Thomas but may have to. Does anyone have any other suggestions for getting to Jost Friday night after a 4pm plane arrival? Any help would be great. We are on Jost for a week and then St. John for 10 days but have that one night dilema. Thanks Jill

February is peak season, so places may be scarce or not willing to rent for a single night. If I was looking, I'd start with these:

http://www.stjohninn.com/

They're right in Cruz Bay and are just basic accomodations.

What about a water taxi? I think Dohms will go to the BVI.

Does anyone have any info on the water taxis? We are checking into all possibilities in getting to Jost on Friday Feb. 1st after a 4pm plane arrival. Is there only one water taxi company? Does anyone have any info? Thank You Jill
