I just booked Orion's Hill. Is anyone familiar with this villa? Reviews/comments/general info? The property managers have only good things to say, of course, as is there job. Any construction nearby? Anyone know if the pool gets plenty of sun all day? Thanks!

2 yrs ago I stayed at the villa just below "Orion's" while it was being built. The owner was kind enough to invite us up to view the sunset. It's very private and in a great location, quick drives to Coral Bay and the north shore beaches. The owners were living there while they were building, they told us that once it was finished they were going to live in another small building that's on the property, so you may want to inquire about that. The sun exposure on the pool would depend on the time of year. I was there in Feb. and at that time you'd probably only get afternoon sun on the pool.

Thanks jofus! I know someone has stayed at this villa. Too bad they aren't using this site! I appreciate your comments -- we'll have to check into the owners being on site because that wasn't mentioned to us by property management. Also, our questions about the pool getting full sun were avoided. I'm worried that the sun bathers in our group will be disappointed. Thanks again for your help!

You may be one of the first renters! I think Orion's just listed for rental a month ago.
