What are the best places for outdoor dining on St. Johns?

Hi Andrew

Most of the places are sorta outdoor! Asolare (very expensive but killer view) the Equator at Caneel Bay, (Expensive) Ten Tables (On a balcony sort of, I aven't been here but there are raves on this board about it!) Lime Inn, (sorta outside) The Fish Trap and Stone Terrace have outside seating. There are a number of new places that I haven't been to. Most of the resuarants on STJ are very good. Mediocrity (sp) doesn't cut it, it's kind of Darwinian!
