Heading to St Thomas mid March 2014. Does anyone know if there are any 1-2 day sailing excursions from St Thomas to Culebra or Vieques?

No regularly scheduled charters that I know of. The charters here head in the opposite direction to the BVIs. Normal transportation between the USVI and PR is by air.
