Hello Friends - we're doing a BVI bareboat trip mid-April and after we booked our non-changeable flight, we learned that our trip organizer gave us the wrong start date. We'll need to stay overnight in STT before taking the ferry to Tortola. We're already doing a sleep aboard the night before boat blast off. Any ideas for a nice fairly inexpensive place on the beach in STT for 1 night, besides the usual Bolongo Bay, Wyndham, Frenchman's Reef, etc.? Thanks everyone!!

Take a look at the website for the Crystal Palace. Not on the water, but it might be exactly what you're looking for.

Hi,

billd on this site has a few overnight places near Red Hook (I think) for $100 a night. Try to PM him.

We have stayed at the Windward Passage/Holiday Inn too - it worked out great to stay there for one night before getting on/off a charter trip once and villas before.

Have stayed at the Galleon House and it was $79 in October. Nice folks and a clean place to stay, but not fancy. Included breakfast and a pool.
