This is from Angela Spenceley's "Don't Drink the Water" & I'm assuming you can use other brands of rum:
PAINKILLER
1 oz Pusser's British Navy Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Coco Lopez
Ice Chunks
1 oz Pusser's 151 Proof Rum
2 oz orange juice
Freshly grated nutmeg
Fill a rocks glass with ice chunks. Stir in all ingredients except nutmeg. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
Or, even easier and same great taste
Equal parts OJ, Pineapple Juice, Coco Lopez (cream of coconut) and dark rum. Top with nutmeg. That's the exact recipe I used for the years I was at Magens Point Resort for our beach party...and I had no complaints......or memories! haha!
