Can I purchase a can of paint in Road Town? I am having a rocking chair shipped to Ivans, and I want to paint it when I get there.

Fifi,
I'm sure you can, there are several hardware stores in town. One note, Road Town is on Tortola, BVI. For specific recommendations you may try one of the BVI forums such as at TravelTalkOnline.com.
