Which condo complexes on St Thomas allow pets? I have two small dogs (under 20 pounds each) and I would like to bring them with me. Thanks.

Seacliff is the only one I can think of offhand but it has to be with board approval and can't remember if you limited in number of pets ( more than 1). You are limited in size which I think has to be 30 lbs. and under.

West Caret Bay Villas also will allow dogs with board approval. So will Pinapple Villages with size limit and approval Don't think WCBV's have a size limit unless that's changed. None of the condos at Sapphire, Point Pleasant, Pavilions and Pools, Mahogany Run allow dogs nor cats tho MR, I've heard will allow cats. Hope this helps as a start.

There are many condo associations on island. Best to decide where you'd prefer to be and call to inquire if pets permitted.

Thanks Alana. Very helpful. I wish there were more that allow small dogs, but I'll just have to figure a way to deal with it.

Unless buying a condo is your aim, you'll have better luck finding a pet-friendly rental from a private owner/landlord.

BTW, the Curreri Real Estate website link on this board doesn't work. Someone that knows Mucki may want to contact her so she can correct it.
