We looked at this property as well. I spoke directly with caribbean villa rental agency and requested an update. We were concerned that they didn't show any photos from the outside to get a feel for how close you are to neighboring homes. Bill indicated that they were waiting for the concrete delivery to pour the driveway and would then start the landscaping. (this was in December when I talked to him). It seemed like a nice fit for what we were looking for, but because it is our wedding/honeymoon trip we didn't want to chance it. Give them a call and ask specific questions and request additional photos. It may be resolved by now. Good luck!
