Word is that the plane's Certification was terminated. Not sure what that means. Hope as many as possible are okay.

According to news reports, the small plane had been delivering newspapers to St. Croix and was returning to St. Thomas after picking up a couple of passengers, and went down eight miles off St Thomas. The pilot from Anguilla has been reported dead and the two passengers missing.

One should wait for details and official word before spreading rumor and speculation regarding "certification termination."
It doesn't help anything by putting gossip out there and can only besmirch someone's reputation who is not here to defend it, if untrue.
RIP

The loss of life is horrible. My posting was taken from the Associated Press and NBC News articles.
