When did it change owners?

I read this in a thread earlier this year, maybe March. They evidently had a contest to rename the restaurant and "Island Time Pub" won...not very clever. I haven't heard anything since.

It supposedly changed names but the Sopchoppy's sign is still hanging. You shouldn't notice any difference.

It is Island Time now. It is open. They had pizza only last time we were there and a guitar player on Thursday (?) night.

gobucks: Yes, Sopchoppy's had several items like salads. The only thing on the (IT) menu the other night was pizza, though. I believe that the Island Time people are in transition, so will wait to see.

Just had a pizza Thursday night. It was great. Pizza was the only thing on the menu! We were there on a Sunday and Thursday.

My daughter has worked at Island Times (sopchoppy's) for the last two years. It is still there and better than ever. My other two daughters are going to visit her on July 12th. Their first trip to the VI.
