She is listed in the St. Thomas Source as President of the bridge Club with an address and phone at Al Cohen Plaza. I am looking for a property manager also...let me know what you find out. Thanks.

I rented at Cowpet Bay this past April. She was the property manager. Everything went very smoothly, she was friendly and very helpful while we were on the island. Called to check in with us, etc. I can't say enough good things about the unit we rented as well as Barbara. She lives at Cowpet Bay East I believe.
