Talk to whomever you rented through. Not sure if Geocery Godesses would go over there or not. Give Julie a call!

You can get a holf of mark Stutz with Sandcastle Management. He provisions. His e mail is [email protected]

http://www.waterislandmanagement.com/services.html is the website. There is a small expensive grocery store at Crown Bat Marine where you get on the Ferry and a Pueble about 2 blocks from there.

if you would like more information you can contact me at [email protected]

Many of our guests have engaged Grocery Goddess for provisioning. ( http://www.grocerygoddesses.com/ ). They have a web site where you can order your provisions online. You can provide Grocery Goddesses with your airline arrival time and coordinate a meeting at Tickle’s or they will also bring your groceries/provisions on the ferry and deliver to you on Water Island the morning/day after your arrival. If you’d like to stock the home with provisions prior to your arrival, talk with the person that's managing the property you're staying and arrange for the property manager to meet the Grocery Goddess’ who will deliver your provisions to the property/home prior to your arrival.

We used Mark at Pirates Ridge Deli. Although convenient, some of the food delivered was hit or miss (ie. old). And he refuses to provide a receipt for his services and a receipt for the groceries... which tells me he completely overcharged us ($700 for one week, 4 adults). I gave him the benefit of the doubt but after the 10th or so email and half a dozen phone calls I'm convinced he's running a dishonest service.

Our next trip we will definitely not be using him.

Grocery Goddess provide receipt for every single item. Also, they will call you while shopping to verify the size/quantity/brand that you have on your list or ask you if a substitution would be acceptable. I have used GG myself and I give them high marks for their reliability, customer service and professionalism.

To all,

I would definitely not use the provision service by Mark at Pirates Ridge. In my opinion, an honest service wouldn't have a problem providing a receipt for service. We didn't quibble on price and we trusted his professionalism, unfortunately I feel like he took advantage of my family and I. You live and you learn... next time we'll be using a different service. Luckily our stay on Water Island wasn't tainted by his dishonesty.

You'll have a wonderful vacation, enjoy every minute of it!
