Red Hook overnight parking?

I will be flying in to STT at 7:05pm and will not be able to catch the last car barge to St John with my Avis rental. I want to know is there overnight parking at Red Hook so I can take the passenger ferry over and come back in the morning to get it. If so any idea of the cost?

Menica's Lot up the little hill behind Marina Market is good.
They will drop you off at the ferry dock and pick you up.
It's paid parking but parking is at premium in Red Hook

Whatever you do do not park anywhere ever it says no parking, has time limited parking or you shall get booted and towed and it can take awhile find out where car went and get your car back after paying a hefty fine.
