The Renaissance or Marriott Morning Star Resort? Which one has the more kid-friendly beach? My children are 10, 12, and 14 and very interested in snorkeling, swimming, as well as, hanging out on a white sandy beach.

Renaissance is close to Coki which is a great beach. With kids your age I would stay at Sapphire. Great kid friendly beach.

If we don't stay on Sapphire Beach is there public access to it? Also, do you know if it is cooler and windier on the north side of the island vs. the south side? We'll have a rental car so we can venture out a little but would like to spend most of our week relaxing on the hotel beach. Since we're using Marriott points for the hotel, we're limited to a Marriott. Thanks for your input.
