The Wyndum has purchased it and they are working on it. They wanted to open this prime season but there seems to be very little going on. By the way it will be time shares not a hotel. They own Sugar Bay about 1/2 mile towards Red Hook.

We were there last week.....The new rumor is that they will open in late 2008.....but it will probably be sometime in 2009.

Not much work being done right now. The Point Pleasant Resort (next door), is still cleaning their beach.

Heard it is only going to be timeshares.

The story is continuously changing........it seems that at first it was to be a hotel and timeshares....now I hear it's only timeshares.......who knows?
